Hudson Fish was founded by a crew of chefs and fishmongers who got their start working together at a bustling fish market in Manhattan. Early mornings, fresh catches, and a shared love for seafood forged a bond that eventually led us upstate in search of a slower pace and a closer connection to the food we love.

Now based in the Hudson Valley, we’ve created a space that’s part market, part restaurant—and entirely devoted to exceptional, responsibly sourced seafood. We work directly with trusted fisheries and purveyors to bring the same high-quality fish we once sold to NYC’s top restaurants to our local community.
